This doesn't surprise me, but (1) I had no idea, and (2) this is huge.

Not only is this profitable in the form of the extra money extorted in taxes, but it helps the government/banks force (or repossess) entire properties from those owners don't have the income to continue paying this rising "rent" on their own land. It's a fantastic, opaque method of forcing land out of the hands of poorer folk (whose property may have been in the family for generations), and into the hands of those richer and more connected.

100% we did a substack about this entire topic, Under U.S. and Canadian legal frameworks, these practices may qualify as RICO Act violations, including fraud, collusion, and conspiracy. The bigger scam is your local government has hid half of your land title. You think your deed is your land title. Think again, your deed is supposed to bring up your land patent. Each landowner has a land patent. The land patent has your land rights written on the document. Do you see land rights on your deed?

The land patent deems your land private where the county has no jurisdiction (control). No taxes, liens, seizures, inspections and permits.

Your land patent comes from the Federal Government. Your land patent is protected by the U.S. Constitution, Article VI, Clause 2. The Federal Government obtained land through treaties and gave land patents through those treaties. Your land patent states”to heirs or assignees forever”. The Bureau of Land Management (blm) has your land patent, your deed tells blm which patent is yours. You just need to ask for yours. I have property in different states. I no longer pay land taxes. So you hear the government talk about no land taxes….you already have that right! I will walk you through the process and educate you so you become Kings and Queens of your Castle.
